SUSTAINABILITY INITIATIVES
At Xcede Group, we have been committed to making a difference since the formation of our CSR Strategy in 2015. Being socially responsible is an an integral part of our business. We listen to our employees who actively drive initiatives to support our CSR goals. Each office works to give back to their local community by way of charity, donations or by our sales staff giving their time and recruitment expertise to local students and professionals. In addition to this, Xcede Group proudly partners with Ethy, an organisation committed to sustainability and ethics.

CHARITY OF THE YEAR 2025
We’re proud to partner with the National Autistic Society as our Charity of the Year for 2025, supporting their mission to create a society that works for autistic people. With an annual target of £5,000, our team will take part in events, such as Tough Mudder, London 10k, and the Jurassic Coast Challenge, to help raise funds and awareness for a cause that transforms lives by providing vital support, improving public understanding, and advocating for change. Every donation will make a difference for the 700,000 autistic adults and children in the UK and their families. Thank you for your support!
