For the third consecutive year, Xcede, our technology specialist brand, has received the Platinum Feefo Trusted Service Award. Additionally, our energy specialist brand, Earthstream, has claimed the Gold Feefo Trusted Service Award for the second year in a row. This dual recognition is an acknowledgement of our team’s ability to build strong and long-lasting relationships.

Feefo helps companies collect genuine feedback based solely on interactions with real, verified customers. This trusted process only further iterates what an honour it is to achieve these highly respected badges of approval. The Gold Trusted Service Award is given to businesses that receive a minimum overall average rating of 4.5 out of 5 throughout the calendar year. When a company achieves the Gold standard for three consecutive years or more, they are presented with the Platinum Trusted Service Award.
